Returns , Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 48-hour return and exchange window from the time of delivery. To be eligible, you must contact us via email at support@viinkwear.com or through our official Instagram channel(@viinkwear) within this 48-hour timeframe.

2. Mandatory Package Opening Video

To ensure a fair resolution for both parties, a package opening video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the unopened parcel and the subsequent reveal of the product. This helps us verify any claims regarding damages, defects, or incorrect items.

Note: We cannot process any return or exchange requests without a valid unboxing video.

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Clearance Items: Products purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Store Credits: Please note that we do not issue store credits; refunds are processed back to the original payment method only (subject to the conditions below).

4. Shipping Fees & COD Returns

  • Standard Fee: All approved exchanges or returns incur a standard shipping and handling fee of ₹199. Replacement products will only be dispatched once this fee is confirmed/paid.

  • COD Returns: For Cash on Delivery orders, the partial confirmation amount paid at the time of ordering is non-refundable.

5. The Process

  1. Request: Contact us via email or Instagram within 48 hours.

  2. Approval: Once we evaluate your unboxing video and request, we will provide instructions and the return shipping label.

  3. Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  4. Refund: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note: It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund).
