Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
- All orders, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exceptions to this rule are made only if the item ordered is out of stock and has not been shipped.
- Cancellations are possible only within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. After this time, cancellation may not be possible due to processing or shipping stages.
- In cases of cancellation within the 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a processing fee. This fee covers the costs associated with order processing.
- Customized or made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production has begun. Customers will be informed of such conditions at the time of purchase.
- In the case of out-of-stock or discontinued items, the order may be cancelled, and a full refund or alternative products will be offered.
Refund and Return Policy
- Refunds will only be processed if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- The refund process may take 1–3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. Refunds are issued as store credit.
- Refund approval will be based on a thorough investigation of the customer’s claim. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
Return and Exchange Process
- Contact customer support via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and schedule a pickup.
- Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and include a copy of the purchase invoice.
- After verification of the returned item’s condition, your refund or exchange will be processed (subject to availability).
Charges for Returns
- A flat ₹150 fee will be deducted to cover shipping and reverse pickup costs for returns/size exchanges.
Refund and Exchange Details
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the requested size or exchange item is unavailable, store credit or alternative options will be offered.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Exchanges
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Items without original tags and packaging.
- Items beyond the 48-hour return/exchange window.
- Sale items (may be exchanged but not returned).
Size and Color Disclaimer
- Size measurements and a Size Conversion Chart are available under the Item Details. No measuring tape is required – just refer to the Size Conversion Chart.
- Due to variations in screen resolutions, the actual color of items may differ from what appears on your device. Rest assured, the item will still be the same high-quality product.
